On this blog I am going to keep an account of my weight loss. most of my life I have struggled with my weight and now at my highest weight I have decided I am going to have weight loss surgery. On February 22nd, 2011 I am going to have Lap Band surgery from Slimband in Toronto. I will try to keep a daily track of how everything is going and my progress.

I had a Hiatal hernia as well...common cause of acid reflux it is awesome to have it fixed!
